A booking deposit is required for all rental units at the time of booking. This deposit is used to hold your reservation and will go towards your reservation at the time of checkout.
Additionally a security deposit is required at the time of departure. For those paying by cash, this deposit will be required at the time of departure. This deposit will be refunded when the rental unit is returned and deemed clean, undamaged, and gas and propane are "full".
For those paying by credit card, the merchant processor will hold those funds available without charging your card.The merchant processor will not charge your card when the rental unit is returned and deemed clean, undamaged, and gas and propane are "full".
Deposits Required (To Reserve):
Motorhomes - $500.00
Travel Trailers - $300.00,
Tent & Cargo Trailers - $200.00
(Reservation deposits will be applied to the rental)
All cancellations must be in writing. These are our refund terms:
When a cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to the reservation date, the full booking deposit minus a $25 service fee will be refunded.
When a cancellation occurs within 20-29 days prior to the reservation date, 50% of the booking deposit will be refunded.
When a cancellation occurs less than 20 days prior to the reservation date, no refund will be given.

Our company is closed on Sundays - allowing our employees one day off a week. If your plans absolutely require you return your RV on Sunday, we can still accommodate you by appointment. Because we must bring in employees to process the vehicle, we charge a $150 fee for Sunday Drop Offs to cover the overtime costs of bringing in staff on their day off.
When renting an RV, you will need an additional power source for using Air Conditioning, Television, Microwaves, etc. If you are staying at a place that has "plug ins" for electricity etc., you are good to go. If not, you will need a generator.
Motor Homes have built in generators and you are given 2 hours free use of the generators for each day you rent. Usage above that will be charged $4 per hour.
For Trailer rentals, you will need a 2000 watt generator to run normal electric loads. For air conditioning, television, or microwave use; you will need a 4000 watt generator.

KITCHEN PACKAGE (each set serves 4 guests): $65 entire trip ($10 per additional person)
4 Dinner plates, 4 Salad plates, 4 Bowls, 4 Cups, 4 Mugs, Mixing bowl, Strainer, Pitcher, Dish strainer, Cutting board, Cooking pot, Sauce pan, Frying pan, Dish towels, Wash cloths, Hot pads, Utensil Kit (4 Forks, 4 Spoons, 4 Knifes, 4 Steak Knifes, Serving Spoon, Spatula, Tongs, Plastic spatula, Cheese grater, Can opener, Potato peeler, Whisk, Pasta Spoon, Measuring cups) Toaster or Coffee Maker Upon Request
LINEN PACKAGE (each set serves 4 guests): $65 entire trip ($10 per additional person)
3 Blankets, 3 Sheet sets (fitted sheets, flat sheets, 4 pillow cases) 4 Pillows, 4 Bath towels, 2 Hand towels, 4 Wash clothes. Comforter (Queen size) Available upon request.
CAMPING CHAIRS $5 Rental or Free with kit rental
PROPANE FIRE PIT $35.00 per trip
(Includes 10' propane hose and Propane Cylinder - propane used is extra)
SMORES Kit $10.00 per kit
(Includes 1 box of graham crackers, 6 Hershey chocolate bars, 1 Bag of Marshmallows)
EQUALIZER Hitch $45.00 per trip ($55.00 if requested on day of pick up)
While optional, equalizer hitches are highly recommended for hauling trailers as they minimize "sway". Don't wait until day of to request the hitch (as it costs more and you risk not having one available at the time of your pick up)
TOWING $75.00 per trip
If you are planning on towing behind your motor home, please let us know so that we can unlock the hitch. There is a $75 Towing charge added to your rental.
TOILET PAPER AND CHEMICAL $6 per 4 rolls of TP, $3.50 Holding Tank Chemical
Using a "septic safe" toilet paper is highly recommended. This toilet paper is designed to easily break down, while in the black holding tank. A holding tank chemical is an environmentally safe liquid, that is added to the RV black/holding tank. This chemical helps break down waste and tissue, as well as control odors that build up in the tank. Using both of these will help in keeping plumbing unclogged and working properly.

2000 watts: $110 for four days (Additional $25 per day after that)
4000 watts: $165 for four days (Additional $37 per day after that)
TENT TRAILER AWNING $25 per trip
Tent trailer awnings are optional. Please give us notice if you are needing to add a awning to your tent trailer rental.
When you check out your rental unit, you will go through a "walk through" showing the interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle. This is the condition in which your rental unit must be returned. If cleaning is needed, the following applicable charges will be added to your account:
Interior Cleaning: Starting at $75.00
Exterior Cleaning: Starting at $75.00
Waste Dumping $25.00 Potential Total: $175.00
Or you purchase an Upfront Cleaning Package at check out. Upfront Cleaning Packages start at $99! We will take care of all cleaning (interior and exterior) and waste dumping for you upon your return - this way, there is really no reason for you to have to spend time on your vacation worrying about cleaning your rental unit at the conclusion of your rental!
All rental units are required to have full comprehensive, collision and liability insurance coverage. All rental agreements will include insurance coverage fees unless you provide us with us an insurance binder showing proof of coverage of the rental unit.
Motorhomes - Diesel $30.00 per day . ($1,000 deductible*)
Motorhomes - Gas $27.00 per day . ($1,000 deductible*)
Travel Trailers $12.00 per day . ($ 500 deductible*)
Toy Haulers $12.00 per day . ($ 500 deductible*)
Tent Trailers $ 8.00 per day . ($ 500 deductible*)
Cargo Trailers $10.00 per day . ($ 500 deductible*)
(Deductible will be "authorized" on your credit card for the duration of your trip but will not be charged to your card unless damage is noted upon your return) If reservation is paid for in cash, a cash deposit equal to the damage deductible will be required at Check Out. This cash deposit will be returned upon Check In if no damage was incurred.
All motorhomes leave our lot with full tanks of fuel. They must be returned with full tanks fo fuel. For your convenience, you may return the unit with less than a full tank-the following charges will apply:
Between 3/4 tank and full: $50.00
Between 1/2 and 3/4 full: $100.00
Between 1/4 and 1/2 full: $150.00
Between empty and 1/4 full: $200.00
Utah RV Rentals is happy to provide assistance in delivering your trailer, setting it up, and then picking it up for you at the conclusion of your rental. $2.60 per mile while towing (To/From your location and To/From Utah RV Rentals) will be charged ($100.00 minimum for this service)
Although we love and own pets, we do not allow pets in any of our motorhomes or trailers (due to the allergy concerns for others). Upon check in, if there is evidence of pets having been in the unit(s), a Pet Cleaning Fee of up to $300, will be charged.
SMOKING is NOT allowed in any Motorhome or Trailer. Upon check in, if there is evidence of smoking in the unit(s), a Cleaning Fee of up to $500, will be charged.
Utah RV Rental will accommodate requests for one way Motorhome rentals. The following charges will be added: Cost of one way airfare to your drop off city (for our driver) $2.60 per mile from your drop off back to Utah RV Rentals Actual fuel charges incurred from your drop off destination back to Utah RV Rentals Return miles will be added to your overall rental miles-so additional mileage charges may apply
Utah RV Rentals does NOT allow any of our rental units to travel to BURNINGMAN. A charge of $3000 will be charged to the card on file if found that unit went to Burningman.
Utah RV Rentals does NOT allow any of our rental units to travel to MEXICO.
Come experience the National Parks! On five days in 2019, all National Park Service sites that charge and entrance fee will offer free admission to everyone. Mark your calendars for these entrance fee - free dates in 2019:
