Utah RV Rentals is happy to say that we are open for business. We are excited to help our customers get out on the road and experience the beauty of Utah. While spending time with family and friends.
Right now we are doing our best to support the community by taking precautions while still providing our services. We insure that each unit is cleaned and sanitized after each rental and ready for the next renter.
Our rental system does not figure pricing for rentals longer than 21 days. If you are needing pricing for a rental longer than 21 days please call 801-568-0660 or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We have made changes to our cancellation policy, this is our updated policy as of February 1, 2020.
1- Seven (7) days before rental date, refund 100% (Less $25.00 service charge)
2- Less than seven (7) days, NO REFUND

When you check out your rental unit, you will go through a "walk through" showing the interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle. This is the condition in which your rental unit must be returned.
If cleaning is needed, the following applicable charges will be added to your account:
Interior Cleaning: Starting at $75.00
Exterior Cleaning: Starting at $75.00
Waste Dumping $25.00 Potential Total: $175.00
Or you add an Upfront Cleaning Package to your rental. We will take care of all cleaning (interior and exterior) and waste dumping for you upon your return - this way, there is really no reason for you to have to spend time on your vacation worrying about cleaning your rental unit at the conclusion of your rental!
Utah RV Rentals make an effort to have all rental units in working order. With that being said these are rental units. Scratches and dents are just normal wear and tear. There are times that rental units may be damaged and need repairs. We strive to fix an issue in a timely manner. But because of timing to receive parts, it might not be fixed right away. If the damage is minimal we will continue to rent it out. If the damage effects the rental unit from going out we reserve the right to substitute another unit.
We respect our customers that our honest and inform us about damage or items that are needing repair. But that does not always happen and items do get missed. We do our best to repair/replace items that are visibly damaged. Customers are our best source to let us know what needs to be looked at.
Unfortunately items may break or stop working while a unit is out on a rental. If the issue is urgent, please contact the office or after hours contact you are given.

A booking deposit is required for all rental units at the time of booking. This deposit is used to hold your reservation and will go towards your reservation with the balance due at the time of checkout. We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express credit cards. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CHECKS.
No additional Security deposit is required.
All motorhomes leave our lot with full tanks of fuel. They must be returned with full tanks fo fuel. For your convenience, you may return the unit with less than a full tank-the following charges will apply:
Between 3/4 tank and full: $50.00
Between 1/2 and 3/4 full: $100.00
Between 1/4 and 1/2 full: $150.00
Between empty and 1/4 full: $200.00
When renting an RV, you will need an additional power source for using Air Conditioning, Television, Microwaves, Outlets, etc.
If you are staying at a place that has "plug ins" for electricity etc., you are good to go. If not, you will need a generator.
Motor Homes have built in generators and rentals receive 2 hours free use of the generators for each day you rent. Usage beyond that will be charged $4 per hour.
For Trailer rentals, a 2000 watt generator will charge your batteries. A 4000 Watt generator is required for air conditioning, television, or microwave use.
Free Standing Generators Rental Rates:
2000 watts: $52/day
4000 watts: $80/day
Insurance is included in all rentals. Rental insurance does not cover damage to Windshield, Tires or Awning.
An insurance binder can be provided from renters insurance company to provide additional coverage.
Insurance Deductible Rates:
Motorhomes --- $1,000 deductible
Travel Trailers --- $500 deductible
Toy Hauler --- $500 deductible
Tent Trailers --- $500 deductible
Cargo Trailers --- $500 deductible
*Deductible will be charged at time of return for any damage that requires an insurance claim.
Utah RV Rentals does NOT allow any of our rental units to travel to BURNINGMAN art festival. A charge of $3000 will be charged to the card on file if found that unit went to BURNINGMAN. We restrict this location due to the dust, sand, and smoke that is associated with where the festival is held. It is very hard to clean the dust, sand and smoke out of the rental unit. Those elements clog the air vents, air filter and engine of the vehicle.
Utah RV Rentals does NOT allow any of our rental units to travel to MEXICO.
SMOKING is NOT allowed in any Motorhome or Trailer. Upon check in, if there is evidence of smoking in the unit(s), a Cleaning Fee of up to $500, will be charged.
One Way Motorhome Rentals
Utah RV Rental will accommodate requests for one way Motorhome rentals. The following charges will be added: Cost of one way airfare to your drop off city (for our driver) $2.60 per mile from your drop off back to Utah RV Rentals Actual fuel charges incurred from your drop off destination back to Utah RV Rentals Return miles will be added to your overall rental miles-so additional mileage charges may apply
Trailer Delivery, Set Up and Return
Utah RV Rentals is happy to provide assistance in delivering your trailer, setting it up, and then picking it up for you at the conclusion of your rental. $2.60 per mile while towing (To/From your location and To/From Utah RV Rentals) will be charged ($100.00 minimum for this service)
KITCHEN PACKAGE (each set serves 4 guests): $65 entire trip
LINEN PACKAGE (each set serves 4 guests): $65 entire trip
CAMPING CHAIRS $5 Rental or Free with kit rental
PROPANE FIRE PIT $35.00 per trip
(Includes 10' propane hose and Propane Cylinder)
EQUALIZER Hitch $45.00 per trip ($55.00 if requested on day of pick up)
While optional, equalizer hitches are highly recommended for hauling trailers as they minimize "sway". Don't wait until day of to request the hitch (as it costs more and you risk not having one available at the time of your pick up)
TOWING $75.00 per trip
If you are planning on towing behind your motor home, please let us know so that we can unlock the hitch. There is a $75 Towing charge added to your rental.
TOILET PAPER AND CHEMICAL $8 per 4 rolls of TP, $3.50 Holding Tank Chemical
Using a "septic safe" toilet paper is highly recommended. This toilet paper is designed to easily break down, while in the black holding tank. A holding tank chemical is an environmentally safe liquid, that is added to the RV black/holding tank. This chemical helps break down waste and tissue, as well as control odors that build up in the tank. Using both of these will help in keeping plumbing unclogged and working properly.

2000 watts: $52/day
4000 watts: $80/day
TENT TRAILER AWNING $25 per trip
Tent trailer awnings are optional. Please give us notice if you are needing to add an awning to your tent trailer rental.
Although we love and own pets we do not allow pets in any of our motorhomes or trailers (due to the allergy concerns for others). Upon check in, if there is evidence of pets having been in the unit(s), a Pet Cleaning Fee starting at $300, will be charged. Pets in a rental unit will void any cleaning package.
All pick up and return times are scheduled time slot appointments. We will contact you to schedule an appoint time.
Pickup is in the afternoon (Scheduled times between 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM)
Return is in the morning (Between Opening - 10:00 AM)
We can try to accommodate earlier pickups or later returns. Additional fees may apply.
Utah RV Rentals is closed on Sundays - allowing our employees the day off to worship and spend time with family. If your plans absolutely require you to return on Sunday, we can still accommodate you by appointment. Because we must bring in employees to assist in return of the vehicle, we charge a $150 fee for Sunday return. Sunday return time is 9 AM.
Come experience the National Parks! On six days in 2021, all National Park Service sites that charge and entrance fee will offer free admission to everyone.

Right now (Summer 2021) we do not have the availability to do airport pickups or drop offs. We ask that our renters take Uber or Lyft to get to our office. In the past we have been able to do this service for our customers, but we are short staffed right now and do not have the availability to provide this service.
