Things to Know
TRAILER HITCH:
The towing vehicle must be equipped with a secure hitch that has been welded or bolted on. For Tent trailers, ATV and cargo trailers a 2" ball is required. Travel trailers and toy haulers require a 2 5/16" ball a few take a 2" ball. Utah RV Rentals has receiver hitches that can be rented, (see accesories) if you would prefer not to purchase your own.

WIRING:
Depending on the unit that is being rented, there are variations of wiring. WE are ablt to adapt to most vehcile wring. Two of the most common are flat-four and large round seven. (See below)
If wiring is not working at the time of pick-up, a charge of $50.00 per hour will be charged to repair and fix your wiring. To insure that you do not have any additional charges, make sure your wiring is working before pick-up. Arrangements can be made with Utah RV Rentlas to check the electrical connections PRIOR to the departure date.
RENTAL FEES:
Rental fees are to be paid at or before time of departure. Checks wil be accepted p to ten days before departure only. Less than ten days before departure, only cas, VISA or MASTERCARD will be accepted.
INSURANCE:
Trailers must be covered by insurance before trailer leaves our property. Check with your insurance compnay to see what you must do to insure the rental unit is covered while in your possesion. You may choose to purchases insurance through Utah RV Rentals. Proof of liability of my towing vehicle must be shown to verify that the towing vehicle is insured. If I choose to secure a blinder on my own policy, proof of the binder must be shown to Utah RV Rentals before the unit leaves our property. If proof can not be shown, charges will apply (see each respective rental unit for insurace rates).
DEPOSIT:
To reserve one of our RV units, a deposit will be $100.00-$300.00 depending on the RV unit you rent. More information will be given at the time of reservations. (see each respective rental unit for insurance rates).
CLEANING AND SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Once your trailer has been picked up, the reservation deposit acts as the cleaning and security deposit. When unit is returned clean, and undamaged, on time, and with all furnished equipment, your deposit is fully refunded or canceled off your credit card.
DRIVERS LICENSE:
A valid drivers license is required and must be verified at time of pick up.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If reservation is canceled 30 days before departure there will be a cancellation fee of $25.00. If it is canceled less than 30 days but more than twenty days, the charge for cancellation will be 50% of the deposit. If less than twenty days, total deposit if forfeited.
EARLY RETURNS:
Know your dates that the RV unit will be needed. Early returns are no-refundalbe. If dates are needing to be changed before pick up, please contact us and will work with you if we do not have reservations already for that time.
