Desposits
All rental charges are to be paid in full at time of departure. Personal checks will be accepted 14 days before departure only. Payment made less than 14 days before departure must be paid in Cash or with a Credit Card(Visa or Mastercard). All payments and deposits are processed at time of payment.
Cancellation Policy
A $200.00 deposit will be required at the time of reservation. The deposit will be refunded with 48 hours of check-in if the unit is returned UNDAMAGED AND CLEAN. Deposit can be made by VISA , MasterCard, cash, or a personal check (accepted 14 days before departure only). Full refund of the reservation deposit is available up to four weeks before departure, minus a $25.00 service fee.
Insurance
Proof of insurance must be shown before or at the time of departure. UTAH RV Rentals will provide an insurance waiver, with a $500.00 deductible, at $3.00 per day (maximum of $21.00).
Trailer Hitch and Wiring
A secure trailer hitch, 2" ball, and proper electrical wiring (a six round plug or straight four plug) is required for the towing vehicle. Ball height should be between 14" - 16" off the ground.

Driver Requirements
Vehicles towing any of UTAH RV Rentals trailers must have full insurance coverage. Verification will be required at time of departure.
